Call Center New Hire Enrollment:

Benefit Counselor assisted enrollments are available through the EMB Call Center. Click the button below to schedule your telephonic enrollment meeting.

Appointments are available every Tuesday โ€“ Friday of each week between 9:00am โ€“ 5:00pm EST.

Enhance Your Coverage with Voluntary Benefits

We are excited to offer enhanced voluntary benefits plans that may include a guaranteed issue coverage offer.  These plans pays a lump sum payment directly to you when you experience a significant health event covered by the plan. You use the money as you need it which can help offset medical expenses or everyday expenses that may put a stress on you financially as you recover from the health event.

Plan pays members cash directly to help cover out-of-pocket costs such as deductibles or coinsurance, day care, utility bills or whatever else they need as a result of a covered accident
Benefits Include:

  • $50 Wellness Benefit Included
  • On & Off the job coverage

  • Benefits paid for fractures, lacerations, etc

Provides immediate financial relief from overwhelming expenses of a serious illness such as a heart attack, stroke, or cancer
Benefits Include:

  • $50 Wellness Benefit Included
  • Coverage up to $20k for Employee
  • Coverage up to $10k for Employee
  • Portable, take the plan with you

Plan pays a benefit when you have a planned or unplanned hospital stay for illness, injury, surgery, or having a baby.
Benefits Include:

  • Guaranteed Issue including pregnancy
  • $1,000 Initial Admission benefit
  • $100 Daily confinement benefit
  • $200 Daily ICU confinement
